Purpose
The Master Camper award is intended to recognize Scouts and
Adult leaders who have committed to learning and practicing the skills necessary
to be a seasoned outdoorsman.
Requirements
General
 | 45 Camping Nights WITH TROOP 525 |
| At Least 12 nights must be from a long term camping
experience( 2 summer camps, BSA high adventure trip, etc) |
| At least 10 nights must be winter camping (Tent
camping between Nov 1 and Feb 28). |
Other Requirements for Scouts
| Earn the following Merit Badges (meeting requirements
for merit badges count toward totals above):
 | Camping |
| Cooking |
| First Aid |
| One of the following:
 | Orienteering |
| Pioneering |
| Wilderness Survival |
|

Other Requirements for Adults
| Transport 3 Scouts on 10 camping trips |
| Serve as staff on 3 district or council camporees |
