Medical Form - The Boy Scouts of America has a new medical form. Please download "Parts A and B". Please read about "Part C" and download and complete if needed!
Transportation Forms - A completed transportation form (Excel or PDF) must be on file for each family for a scout to travel to scouting activities with adults other than their own parent(s). It is important that we have current information regarding your vehicle so if you've completed a form in the past, chances are something has changed since you did. New scout families for this year will all need to complete this form. Please return these forms to the transportation coordinator, Jamie Dore, at the next troop meeting. You can contact Jamie via our 'contact us' page. He is our "Transportation" committee member.

Tour Permits - Effective January 5, unit leaders are able to submit local and national tour permits electronically. This new system takes just four easy steps, and it will save the transportation and training information, so leaders can easily recall it for future permit applications.

Effective January 1, 2009 - ALL units must have at least one person who has taken the online course "Planning and Preparing for Hazardous Weather" on site, with their unit, anytime the unit leaves their home base.
